The Management board of FORÉS DISEÑO and FORÉS TOP KIT understands that the conservation of forests is a social demand and, as a contribution to this reality, it is committed to meet the growing demand for products made with certified wood, implementing and maintaining the requirements of a chain of custody system, according to PEFC standards.
To this end, FORÉS DISEÑO and FORÉS TOP KIT will expend their best efforts to:
- Provide the maximum range of PEFC-certified products.
- Implement a Due Diligence system to avoid the use of forest-based raw material from non certified sources.
- Ensure the promotion of sustainable forest management.
In this way, it contributes to avoid the loss of forest mass and preserve the ecological, economic and social performance of forests.
It also undertakes to satisfy social health and safety requirements:
- The protection of workers’ rights and well-being, as well as compliance with all ILO Conventions on forest management.
This commitment, signed by FORÉS DISEÑO and FORÉS TOP KIT, will be periodically reviewed by the management board and will be available to the organization’s employees, suppliers and customers, as well as to other interested parties.
